2007 Jaguar xk Heated seats not working

Hi

Both my Driver and Passenger heated seats have stopped working , Display still shows they are on but no heat comes through

Any ideas on what to check for issue

Have you lost any other seat functions? Have you checked the fuses? The seat functions are generally powered through the fuse box located in the passenger footwell, so I'd suggest starting there. Mike.

Thanks for response, no all seat functions work as should, it is only the heat function that has stopped in both

Hi, check the connector beneath the seat as they can come loose, happened on my XF. Bit odd if both have though..
Also, they will automatically shut off if the in car temp is high, though unlikely at this time of year. Lastly, I wonder if there is a separate fuse just for the heating element, but you would need to check handbook to see if that is the case.
