Seatbelts not retracting

Both front seatbelts and one of the rears are very slow to retract?

They have all been pulled out and slowly released, and don't appear tangled - has anyone found a cure?

Try spraying them with furniture polish (pull the belts out to their full extent, spray lightly and let the belt fully retract slowly). It may take a few attempts of fully extended/retracted but it worked for me.

Interesting - what is thinking about using Furniture polish?

I would assume because they contain either silicone or wax, it will have a slight lubricating effect? Still if doesn't work at least car will smell clean.

I have used furniture polish for similar reasons on a variety of things that slide like vacuum cleaner wire retract systems, sliding curtain rails etc. Primarily it is the silicon in them but the wax also ensures it stays on longer than just the effect you would get from silicon spray alone. Well worth a try.
