Re: front suspension bushes
The upper wishbone bushes are nice and easy - no special tools required
With the car raised at the front, remove the two 3/8 bolts that go through the top wishbones and ball joint. The damper will already be at full stretch and will hold the lower wishbone and spring all together.
The hub will now fall forward (as there is no ball joint holding it in place).
Undo the upper wishbone nut and draw the upper fulcrum bolt out of the wishbone/cage assembly. On the passener side, there is a cannister that needs to be unbolted to allow the fulcrum to pass by (3 fixing bolts from memory).
Remove both wishbones. Burn/cut/press ou the old bushes - press in new bushes and then reverse the above to refit
Hope this helps - any queries, drop me a line

Re: front suspension bushes
Cheers Keith,
So I don't need to compress the spring, the lower wishbone will take all that tension out?
Excellent advice as always
