Good morning
I'm new to the Jaguar world, I bought my first Jaguar a couple of weeks ago, a 2019 F-Type, I'm having trouble connecting to the In Control apps in my car, I have a Data Sim card fitted and its connected to 4G, but every time I try and connect to the In control on my multi media screen it just says cannot connect. Can anyone help on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Steve, welcome to the world of Jaguar motoring and ownership. Don't take the following as the definitive, but my understanding is that you need to have an "InControl" account set up on your computer / laptop at home to start with. You can then connect the car via the Nav screen App, when it asks you to "Login", where you use the same password as the InControl account at home.
