Hi the park brake fault has come up on my 07 Xkr could a hard reset maybe do the trick?

It's always a possibility. However, it really depends what has gone wrong. I've just had a similar problem and initially suspected the electronics, but in fact, in my case it was a mechanical issue at fault. What is the exact message on the dashboard? If you haven't already done it, it would be helpful to use a code reader to determine the diagnostic trouble code(s) logged in the car's ABS ECU. Mike.

Thanks Mike tried the hard reset still got message it says parke brake fault. Have had my code reader on it think it said something like lost cumminication it won’t let me clear the fault either.

It sounds like your code reader isn't compatible with the XKR. Lots aren't. Perhaps someone at your regional meeting will have a code reader which will work on the XKR. It's the only real starting point for these issues. Otherwise, you will be working blind, changing components more in hope than expectation of achieving the right result. Mike.
