Not really a jaguar problem but my parts and service manuals on CD (JHM1143 v1.1) won't run on my new shiny laptop running vista, has anyone else got around this?

Any suggestions greatly appreiciated

Buy the hard copy

The parts manual is available on line via the Jaguar Classic Parts site.

Iain

If it's the ghastly Hexalock encryption security system that's causing the problem, I did find a way to defeat it. Unfortunately I now can't remember exactly how. If I can work out what was required, I'll pm you.

I ended up with a batch of unprotected .pdf files. Of course this means that the terminally useless Macromedia Flash presentation is gone as well - some would see this as an even greater bonus.

I wonder if they will run under the soon to be released Windows 7? which it is reported will cure a number of issues in Vista.

Or maybe other things won't run either :( Someone here must be getting 7 sooner rather then later, maybe they could try it and let the rest of us know?
