Hi All,
I found these 2 pieces in the boot of my recently-purchased XKR coupe
Can anybody help me identify them?
Thanks in anticipation.

They are the water shedding strips that fit on top of the headlamps. They take the water off the wing tops and channel it across the headlamps. I'd send you a picture of them on my own car but I'm at work!

It will be a few days before I can send you pictures as I'm away for a while.
If you look at the lights you will see how they fit. They are effectively a continuation of the drain channel on the top of the wing.
I would imagine that they were in the boot because for whatever reason the lights have been removed from your car and whoever did it forget to put them back it couldn't remember what they were. Or may be the person who took them apart wasn't the same one who put it back together?
