Centre Console "roller blinds" unstuck

One of the two "roller blind" type covers that open to reveal the cupholders have come unstuck from the backing webbing and I have had to remove the individual pieces. I think the glue just failed after 10 years (2011 car). I don't imagine it is too difficult to repair this but I don't know how to get the blue plastic surround off to get inside the console (see photo attached showing one working roller blind and the other, detached one. Can any members advise, please?
