Hello all.
I live near Woking Surrey and own an S-type D Xs 2.7L automatic saloon circa 2007. I purchased the car in 2017 after it had been laid up in a private garage for some four years. Still only 70,000 miles on the clock as of today so relatively low mileage. I always wanted to own a Jaguar and now that I have one there will be times when I will need some advice from forum members.
As a start I would like to obtain a full workshop manual. I have seen several advertised on the internet and I believe JEC at one time also had a version for members.
Any advice on which to go for would be much appreciated.

Congratulations on getting your Jaguar.

A full 3316 pages for you.I don't know which program you use on your computer for reading documents but I find Acrobat Reader DC works well with the manuals(free to download on the net)

Welcome to JEC, the best club to be in. However there's not much on the Forum these days because I think all of us that have S Types , the ones left, mine a 2005 2.7 d, don't have much going wrong wrong with them anymore, mine sits at 153.000miles and is, jokingly, a body with all new parts over the years. Mike on the 350 Forum is the font of all knowledge about the S Type he knows everything. I've kept mine even though I have a an XF as well now mainly because I'm attached to it and like the drive better than the XF and it looks like a Jaguar, the motoring pundits like the firm bumpy suspension XF but the S Type is definitely smoother. A real Jaguar experience. Welcome

Yes I must admit that this forum is nowhere near as busy ( if that's the right word ) or informative since Mike moved on. But he covered most aspects of the S Type apart from the diesel engine, so his post's are saved for prosperity.
