Hi, all

My insurance needed renewing last month, and I thought it might be helpful to let people know who I found to be the best value. My restrictions are: garaged, limited to 3,000 miles pa, and with an agreed value of £15,000. My renewal with SureTerm Direct was £196.35 (albeit with an agreed value of £17,500, moved down following guidance from Graham Searle), but the quote I went for was with Heritage @ £145.38.

A figure that made me happy!

Regards,

Keith.

Nice one!

I managed £130, same conditions, £8K valuation, with Adrian Flux. I'm under 35, so am happy with this.

Good demonstrations of the need to shop around. I have a 1990 XJS 3.6 coupe valued at £5,500, limited to 4,500 miles per year

Footman James asked £254 to renew (have been with them 8 years); Adrian Flux quoted £189 with 5,000 annual miles; I told FJ about the Adrian Flux quote and they reduced to £205.

And I thought I had a bargain!!

Will cast the net wider next year.

Thanks

Stuart

The insurance renewal letter arrived last week. I kept putting off opening it thinking how much it might have gone up but was pleasantly surprised that it is lower this year then last at £130

Footman James JEC scheme. All I need to do now is get some road fund licence and I will be back on the road again :D

(Assuming it passes the MOT next month that is).

It certainly pays to shop around. For me Adrian Flux came up trumps with 237 vs 730 renewal from my current insurer.
