Front Bumper Cover removal HELP

I caught the front bumper at the wheel arch as I reversed out of the garage deforming it slightly. It looks like I have bent the attachmrnt bracket at the front of the wheel arch but I cannot see how to get to the bracket to unscrew the bumper from it. Any help/ideas on that or how to remove the Bumper cover completely gratefully received. (1993 facelift)
