Hornpush fitting

I'm getting myself confused here.
I bought a Derrington copy wheel but can not fathom out how the orginal hornpush fits to the wheel.
Can somebody help out, pics would be helpful
I have tried to upload pics of wheel with no success. I will try again if it helps

Doesn't the Derrington wheel have it's own horn push as the Moto Lita wheels have and just utilises the cable that comes up the column?

On the original Derrington wheel, the horn push assembly is made up of around 35 pieces. Small springs in plastic top hat washers etc.....
The centre push will work independent to the chrome half ring.

The majority of owners who fit (for Example: 3 spoke) Moto-Lita steeringwheels tend to use the Moto-Lita generic black plastic or their alloy horn push centre, via a Moto-Lita centre hub. Connected direct to the horn wire

For an more original sporting look, we have used a flat 3 spoke "polished" alloy with riveted woodrim, with polished hub and fitted the original derrington centre. The wheel is 40.5 cm diameter.
