Can anyone recommend a good Jag specialist in Croydon or Reigate - just general servicing and occasional maintenance?

Philp1965,

I've had good service from Surrey Jag Centre. Ex-Jaguar main dealer mechanics. Very knowledgeable re XJS, realistic about how different owners approach maintenance in different ways and competitive labour rates. I know a few others of us in the club who use them.

Paul,

I spoke to them today to get some advice on an v12 s3 I am thinking about buying. Got some good advice and I have my XJS booked in there for next week. I spoke to another independent dealer not a million miles away from Box Hill and what a waste of time the conversation with them was. All I wanted was some advice on how much I should expect to have to budget for recommissioning a v12 s3 that has been standing, covered, in a dry garage for 8 years and is in good condition. I got good, sensible advice from Surrey Jag and was able to have a conversation on a realistic level. I certainly won't ever be trying out the Lavender, er, sorry, Box Hill mob

Have used Surrey Jag Centre recently for 7500 service. They checked my 4.0 thoroughly, produced a very comprehensive list of minor & major items for attention then discussed at length what I could do and what I required them to do.

Superb service and workmanship and reasonably priced.

Can highly recomend them and I wouldn't trust my beaty to anyone else.

Blessings,

Aristocat :D

I too use them, and my car has just come back from there for its before sale service. They're brilliant!
