also got x4 brand new Pirelli P7 Cinturato 225/55/16 tyres on the '40 , along with a full 4 wheel laser alignment today
I had odd tyres, and cheapo brands at that, so it was a bit embarrassing...lol as well as a bit wandering all over the shop.....
so bit the bullet and got the tyres for £92 each all in from my local ProTyre , they carried out a free alignment check for me after, but with all the suspension work, and the new tyres it wasn't going to be right, funnily , both the offside wheels were within limits, but both the near side were way out, including the camber on the rear
so about 20 mins of fine tuning and she is now pointing in the right direction , and the difference is noticeable when driving, so much smoother and more comfortable , just got to hide the cost from the better half now......
