Great Project opportunity?

This may be of interest to someone out there. I saw it on ebay the other day and recognised it as belonging to one of our JEC members - John Markham. The ebay link is:

The pictures on ebay really don't do justice to the huge amount of work and expense that has been spent on the car to date. I'm not connected with the sale in any way but I do happen to know about some of the stunning work that John had had done on the subframes & engine. They are works of art in themselves! The subframe is an Aston Martin DB7 one and so was the newest sub-frame you could buy even before it was rebuilt. Have a look at the first 3 photo galleries at:

Could be a great opportunity for someone to pick up a project at a fraction of the cost of what has been spent to date. Would be a fantastic car when finished.
