Bad experience with ECP my wife had ordered a meguiars polishing machine kit for Xmas, she got email confirming despach and next day delivery,good old DHL delivered the day after! But that was not the problem, on opening the packing she discovered she had paid £100s for a bottle of polish! No machine or accessories just one bottle of polish.she contacted ECP customer service expecting a sympathetic apology and resolve, to be asked to prove that is all she had recieved! She said are you calling me a liar to which the reply was no but it was a 50/50 situation because couldn't of been there fault!,1 week later we still haven't had a response or replacement, so looks like I've got a very expensive bottle of polish for Xmas. So be warned if you buy anything from ECP open box and check contents before signing for delivery.

I have a similar kit with all the machine buffs and the machine itself ordered off the site. No issues at all.

Suggest an immediate email of complaint and a phone call once the Xmas daftness has settled.

Don`t fret. All will come well if handled correctly.

Paid with credit card? Contact them if not sorted by ECP.
Try and have a good Christmas, I am sure they will resolve it.

if you have no success you could look at Clean Your Car.co.uk This is who I have used for a number of years and have no reason to complain. Prices and delivery as good as anyone else.

Hi happy new year

I have now recieved my polisher machine at last not had chance to play with it yet,I've gained an extra bottle of polish but feel that's not much compo for the lack of customer service,I have sent a email of complaint but not had a reply as yet! I don't think I'll be using ECP again certainly not for expensive goods.
