No Power from Radio

My replacement s type 3.0 SE , the radio has failed to work since I bought it. I have checked the fuse No2 in the drivers well , but the fuse is intact. Had the fuse tested and it seems no power is coming from the radio. ?

Any thoughts?

Power comes from the battery, not the radio!

Do you have the radio display illuminate to allow the security code to be entered? I recall three or so attempts are allowed before the radio locks up after which dealer intervention may be needed to allow the radio to function again.

Consult the drivers handbook for further advice.
