Yellow Pre HE on BBC South Today

Due to the M27 motorway being opened 40 years ago today, South Today have been giving some coverage along with an XJS reg IDZ 5090 owned by John? and driven by one of the BBC presenters

The reason for using an XJS being that it was one of the most desirable cars of about the same age.

I remember the M27 opening well, although it was opened in two parts, the middle bit by Southampton airport took much longer. I did well over a ton on my Norton Commando on it with my petrified dad hanging on like mad on the pillion!

I couldn't find that XJS on the register, if the owner reads this perhaps he can add some information, it looked a nice car.
