When did the XJS V12 change from 5.3 Litres to 6.0 litres.

I believed the 6.0 was fitted to big bumper models only. Is that correct??

Yes,

The "standard" 6.0 (as opposed to the 6.0 XJR-S) was introduced with the big-bumper introduction in May 93 at VIN 188105.
