Clarkes Jaguar have 4 XJS 6.0 conv's...2 LHD and 2 RHD..between £32k-£35k!!

Have values gone up!!!!

They do have a facelift 6.0 Coupe at £14995!!! Yum!

I think you might find that Clarke's valuation of a 6 litre XJS has gone up rather than everyone else;s.......

Yes Paul, think you're right. Been watching Clarke's for a while, as well as Arun, and Clarke's have beautiful cars but totally unrealistic..yet they sell!

I'm also watching auction results as there are a few XJS's up this month so, I would have thought that's a reality check for guide price? Obviously, trade will stick on a couple of thou, but worth watching.

I know there were a couple of nice ones, including the models you mentioned, with low miles so if I can find the result I'll post it up.

The one at Brooklands was made the month before mine and is exactly the same spec and colour!

Even with that mileage, I'll actually be very disappointed if it only makes the guide price. Seems like that would be a cheap buy! I might be going to Brooklands on Saturday so will have a look at the car!

That 1976 car which became the Hyper prototype is very well-known car. I'd really like to be able to afford it!

It's an original 1976 manual car which had life of gradual professional development before it became the Hyper prototype. With metal wings, it might also be much less rust-prone than the wide-bodied Listers.

I'll hopefully see it next week also!
