converting from strombergs to su's

I have a 1983 XJ-S coupe with an E type v12 and stromberg carbs. These are the hated 'emission' carbs that plagued all North American spec Jaguars for years, anyway, my question is this. I have several sets of HS8 SU carbs, can they utilise the intake manifolds of the Strombergs or do I have to buy new manifolds for the SUs? Also does anyone know of where I could get these manifolds if that is the route I must take?
