Hi Jimmy,

If you contact the JEC office at Bristol, the team there has a list of professionals in different locations able to inspect cars for members. There would be a fee but you could be sure you are getting a proper inspection. Mike.

Thanks for the advice. I am aware of the inspection service offered by the J.E.C. I just figured it would be nice if someone had a quick look at it to find out if it is worth a closer investigation or not.
Btw Rogers car was not in the range of my budget. I would not have felt comfortable anyway to buy the Jag from him since I hope he will be soon well enough to drive and enjoy her himself.

...yes I am well aware that the listing has ended but the car is still there.
I have already mailed the owner but he is a bit shy of sending more details. I enquired again, so we'll see.
