Hello all,

I was just doing some searching on my newly acquired X-Type and thought I best stop by and say 'Hi'!

I am based on the Isle of Wight and shall be signing up to the local club as soon as I can. Already signed up to the national JEC which I am loving at the moment. I know one or two of the local members so looking forward to being with the 'in crowd'

I have purchased a lovely manual 3.0 V6 2003 Indianapolis in Ultraviolet. I pick her up on Saturday (09/03/13) so I am biting at the bit at the moment! She's in great condition apart from not knowing the radio code and also flaking alloys (they are the 18" BBS ones) but I am sure I can get them looking like new soon enough

I am trying to find out more about the Indianapolis special edition....is there any further info on here? I know only 401 were built between Jan '03 & June '03 in three different colours (Ebony, Platinum & Ultraviolet) but don't know much else!

I think I have just found out the car has the factory body kit....certainly the rear and side skirts.....Well I hope it's factory and not retro fitted!! I still need to look into it

The rear looks fantastic, finishes it off lovely. Plus you have the exhaust trims like mine. Looks so much better than stock exhausts.
