Retro-fit MP3 connection 2007MY

Postby Dustyoak » Sat Oct 31, 2009 11:29 pm

When booking the service in Feb 09 I enquired about having the MP3 connection retro-fitted. I was told Jaguar no longer did this.

I know an MP3 can feed the CD player via a VHF link; the one I tried works, but requires maximum volume- not very good.

Does anyone know if there is a proper hard link available? (preferably without upsetting the warranty).

(I do not have a multi changer in the boot)

I got a transmitter from Currys for an MP3 or Ipod.you just tune your radio into its transmission station and play through the radio, easy and effective

try the Denison FM Lite with docking cable its not like those silly FM transmitters as this one plugs directly into the antenna and works perfectly with my ipod, pricey at £152 fitted, but worth it.
