prices on tensioners?

hi there. i live on the isle of wight,im looking at getting the tensioners upgradded.we have reputable jag mechanics,but prices vary compared to the main land! what price should i be looking at to get the job done? i dont mind a journey along the south coast if the saving is good.ive had the water pump and thermo changed,in the 3 1/2 years i have had her she always starts first time! and 87000 on the clock i hope the nikasil aint a problem!!!! feel free to contact me has im looking at getting done sooner rather than later. cheers paul
