off to Silverstone tomorrow for the F1 GP

yup

managed to obtain a pair of tickets for this years british F1 GP ,

and am taking my youngest son who is twenty with me , rather than driving, we are going by ' megabus ' , the pickup is only a mile from my home, and will take 2 hours to get there, all for £12 each way pp ,

the weather looks to be fantastic for the race to ,

BB, enjoy, the last GP is was at was 1986, the first 1968!!!, Silverstone in the wet was my second home in the 70's and 80's as our next door neighbour was one of the commentators, no NOT Murray!!

I'll be there as usual, taking my 15-year old daughter for the first time. As well as my privileged access passes, have also managed to blag two grandstand tickets at Vale.

Weather looks dry so just going to check the odds on Di Resta being highest-placed British driver...

Clearly someone was using the Dark side of the force with the Pirelli tyres yesterday! Perhaps Pirelli P600 tyres were used by mistake!
