Met an owner!

Just met my first F-type owner! I happened to look out of the window and, to my surprise, saw a red F-type drive slowly past. It transpires that the owner lives just 3 doors away from me!

Obviously, I had to go out and have a chat. He's had the car a month, although I hadn't seen it before, which must make it one of the first cars issued to the public. It's a 3.0 litre 340bhp model in Red with option seats, flat-bottom steering wheel and 19" wheels. And of course, he specified the loud exhaust button!

What horrified me was that apparently the passenger sunvisor is an extra-cost option! I hadn't heard of that since the Standard Ford Anglia of 1959! Come on Jaguar, is weight and cost that important on such an up-market model?

How did you not hear him living only 3 doors away? Certainly a very early delivered car.
