Temporary because the white one has to go to pay for the work on the black one :(
Still, I thought that I would share the joy!

Steve

From the picture, perhaps you should sell the black one and keep the white one......... :P

Someone has posted on the JEC Facebook page today looking for guidance on buying an XJS such as this. Who knows he may even be interested in this car?

Might be worth following up

David,

Remember to send the Facebook guy to the Bulletin Board. As you know, it's a far more appropriate element of the JEC media for him to be posting that sort of question.

Tony
It's not a very good photo because you can't see that the black one is a Cabriolet and it has been far too many years since I have had the enjoyment of open topped motoring and (even in our rain sodden country) I miss it hugely.
Common sense obviously says keep the white one but since when has owning a Jag of any description had anything to do with common sense?
So I ebay bought the black one which quite unsurprisingly has different things wrong with it than I had spotted when I first checked it over (boot catch failure, passenger sun visor falling off to name just a couple).

This (the BB) is my social media interaction; sorry but I don't do the other things. Actually wrote a letter the other day!

I have done that Paul, but I suspect he may not be a member so have encouraged him to join if that is the case. Hopefully you have a look at FB from time to time as well.

Regards.

David
