I recently bought for my Mk2 2.4 from SNG hose kit HK013R, made by trade supplier Auto Suppliers Kidderminster, their part number AS13411. Various other major Jaguar suppliers also use HK013 part number, but whether from Auto Supplies I don't know. Auto Supplies say they manufacture from a database supplied by presumably in this case SNG, but have no idea of the actual vehicle application!
The kit comprises 8 hoses (most marked with Auto Supplies part numbers). An hour to fit them would you say - no chance! Top hose needs 15mm cut off. Bottom hose huge 70mm cut off. Redundant hose stepped size that neither Auto Supplies or SNG know about. Missing convoluted heater hose shown as C14999/2 No 23 on Plate 88 of Jaguar parts book, which on discussion with SNG they can supply separately, albeit as a straight piece identical to one already in the kit.
Surely a kit should be fit and forget, not requiring head scratching, cutting down of several hoses (not easy if no originals to measure), discarding a redundant hose and having to buy an extra which patently is missing.
I've discussed the saga with SNG's sales manager who has indicated it will be looked into, but in the interim be warned if you purchase such a kit. If you've had better or similar experience with other suppliers, it would be good to air the knowledge!

Re: Hose Kit Problems
That's fairly typical of parts supply for Classic Jaguars. You invariably find you buy another job to do rather than a solution to your initial problem.
I have a long list of inferior parts and products supplied from the whole spectrum of parts suppliers. Frankly, I am extremely disillusioned with the situation and am dreading the restoration of my 420 when the E-Type is finished.
Its great that these specialist parts suppliers exist and the likes of Barratts and Robeys deserve credit for the efforts they make but surely just a little more attention to detail on their part would reap great benefits for all of us. You can't help but feel that the fast buck brigade have us all in their sights.
