Which pipe in the engine bay is the fuel line?

Postby KevRen » Sun Sep 19, 2010 8:13 pm

Hi all

Could somebody enlighten me, please? Which pipe at the rear of the engine bay (windscreen end) is the fuel line to the bank of cylinders? Is it the ~1cm diameter black tube with white stripe, the tube that has the 'corrugated' cover round it or the one joined to a metal pipe (I'm guessing that might be aircon)?

Thanks again in advance :D

To avoid any doubts, the easiest way of identifying the fuel lines is to remove the plastic engine cover to expose the metal fuel rail across one bank of cylinders and then trace the fuel pipes from there. Mike.
