Febi?

My XK is a 2010 5L Supercharged with 36500 on the clock. I want to have the transmission oil changed as a proactive step to keeping the car going.

I'm looking at a Febi sump kit and oil or the same from either ZF or Meyle. There is a difference in cost and the mechanic says Febi are good but would tend to the ZF or Meyle kits rather than the Febi.

Any comments as to the quality of Febi? There is a cost difference.

Hi Adam, your gearbox is manufactured by ZF - clue therefore is in the name to guide which product to purchase.

I guess that I had in mind that it's 'just' a sump, oil and bolts but that maybe it's actually more than that!
