Hi I bought an x351 from Evans Halshaw in July 2022. I didn't test drive the vehicle as the salesman said that everything was working and I was due to go on holiday that afternoon and booked on the ferry from Scotland to Ireland the next day.
Upon driving up the m6 it went into restricted performance mode. Whilst in Ireland it went into performance mode and we were only there for a week,

I reported all the faults to Evans Halshaw on my return they changed the cambelt as was agreed in the purchase.

Every time I took the car out for a run it went into restricted performance.

Evans Halshaw took my car to Hatfield jaguar on 25 October and I think it's still there

Where should I go from here, many thanks in advance.

I guess ring Hatfields and try and find out what is happening. In any event if the fault was there so soon after purchase then it is up to them to fix it, so you shouldn't be paying out anything.
