XJS Headlight issue

I have a 94 Facelift XJS.

The single lens headlight reflectors are shot, and I'm looking for some advice on whether to look to replace them with like or go for a 4 reflector retrofit.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Personally I'm not a fan of the 4 light conversion but it may turn out to be your only practical choice. 2nd hand facelift light units in good condition are as thick on the ground as unicorn droppings and expensive if you do find them.
Jaguar Classic are considering putting them back into production with plastic lenses but I can't see that happening soon as they'll have to produce the tooling.

Have you considered using a specialist company that can re-silver the reflector. I am interested as mine are starting to deteriorate but would like to keep the original look.
