Specialist Required - Scotland

Happy New Year!

I want to find someone reasonably local (Edinburgh) to fix my air-con/heating, electric windows, tidy/restore/renovate the interior trim, and so on and deal with periodic maintenance.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
