Quick update on this, between the JEC and the Jaguarforum (independent Jaguar Forum) we have 15 S Type R's signed up for the Anniversary Event at Weston, with a few maybe's in the wings.
So looking good and expecting a few more in the next few weeks. Really looking forward to meeting everyone and seeing all the different Cars in various colours and modifications.

Well I'd call that a successful weekend, 12 STR's on the day was fine by me.
Was good to meet everyone on Sunday and put faces to names, we must do it again. Thanks for supporting this Event, it really does help put the STR firmly on the JEC map. A big thanks to Mike Kenneday for all his help, Cheers to Neil and Kev (and his daughter Keeley) for helping out on Saturday, was good to meet Mike at last and happy to see Hugh (XF) again, who joined us at the Pie and Pint Lunch.
Some great moments during the day but the Demo choir of exhausts for Krish was priceless.

The unedited video of our 12 Car Display (plus one interloper, anyone know who he was)

Will upload some more pictures later.

Very nice, Doug.

Firm camera work makes such a difference. Good not to have ones eyes razzled by clumsy filming.

Good to see J44 in the background undergoing a rebuild!

My sincere thanks to Doug for bringing this project into being. We picked the right pub for the lunch and young Keeley was magic. Kept us all amused. A fantastic display.

Thanks also to all the guys who provided the cars.

I agree with Mike's comments. Very well done to Doug and all involved. A nice display.
Thanks for posting the film on You Tube.

Cheers guys, it was indeed good to meet everyone at the Show and on Saturday. My non JEC STR attendees were most impressed and you should get a few more memberships out of it.

Have updated the link above here, the background noise was annoying, so replaced with some music, though maybe that will be more annoying to some
