Jaguar f type 2017 400 sport

Hi.. can anyone please help me.. I have just lifted up my 400 sport bonnet and noticed what looks like a water pipe resting ontop of the front bumper...is this correct or should it be connected to some where ... many thanks

That looks a bit like the feed pipe for the headlamp washers. Although, that normally runs under there behind the bumper cover, coming from the drivers side (right had side over to the left), it is usually fairly loose to allow the removal of the bumper cover.
