Went on first proper trip yesterday in my new 2015 XF.

Does anyone know how the route options properly work, as manual and online threads barely mention?

I gather you select the options you want to include in route such as marking major roads to blue will include major roads in route.

How would you set the congestion option , I'm guessing if you select congestion it will re route around traffic encountered? Does anyone know for sure ?
