First Aid Kit / boot net/etc

Postby PTR200Jag » Tue Feb 02, 2016 2:03 pm

Being a real saddo and having nothing to do (??really?? I have just been told!!) I spent a "while" (!!) trawling the 'net...and of course on "ebygum"....
I wasn't really looking for anything in particular but as you do....I came up with a genuine Jaguar first aid kit for not a lot of money, in fact nowhere near the Jaguar price! Just had to buy it.

Okay, I thought, there must be a place to store it on the car, after all my "half the Jaguar price when new Accord" has a dedicated storage locker for the first aid kit surely the XK8 has one?? It seems not, unless you know?, of course!!

Along with the first aid kit a genuine Jag boot net carrier was also acquired,.... perhaps the FA kit should just go in there?

Managed to get hold of the correct side indicator repeaters too, on the same session, so the car is almost complete now.....
Note to self, really must get out more........

Don't forget your Jaguar fire extinguisher and warning lamp (JLM 20092). Then, you can have hours of fun deciding where to store them too! :D At least, if you haven't already got one, the warning triangle can be fixed to the inside of the boot lid. Mike

Something else for me to track down ! Got a triangle already and have installed the FA kit in the net so plenty of space for the extinguisher  !
