Mk2 viscous fan coupling and engine fan -> 420g

Will the above Mk2 part fit on to a 420G

I know Sir William Lyons engineers used a lot of the same
parts on different models?

The 420G is a 4 bolt fit and so is the Mk2

The part made now is not a 4 bolt fit it has to be modified
apparently..

I think they're all much the same.

When mine packed up on my 420 it was replaced with a series XJ unit because, I was told, the older ones are no longer available and 2nd hand ones can be dodgy.

I always seem to think go with legacy components.

I will check my contact for a S1 XJ6 see if that does the job
