as the title realy ,

who is planning on going to the 50th bash this year at Silverstone ?

i am not sure weather to go or not ,

however, the southern bash is tooooo far away , as is the northern one, im in the middle on the left, and no where near...

Silverstone is the closest at an hour and twenty mins , but i dont know if its enough ' Jag ' for me other than the E-Type bash ,

BB

Libby and I will be there on Saturday and staying late Saturday night for the bands - last saw Wishbone Ash in 1979 :P ...............plus Suzie Quatro and 10CC.

I think there will be loads to see so should be a really entertaining day out.
Try to get an advance ticket from JEC (or elsewhere) if poss as admission is expensive.

How's the V12?

Regards
Tony

Any of the XJS Forum going to Northern Day? How about arranging a time to gather at the forum tent (assumung we are having one) for a meet - up and natter? Before lunchtime would suit me but I am marshalling at 1pm.

See also Lincs. North notes in the July magazine for another interesting Meet with old aeroplanes included on July 24th. All welcome and it is free. Real aero Club, Breighton, north of Howden- leave M62 at junction 37. Flying Club is near Breighton village. PaulE.

Paul,

Mark Pearson and Norman Hicks are acting as XJS Forum representatives at Northern Day (I'm at Silverstone that day watching Button force Vettel to lose it at Copse!).

There will be one overall Forum area with two cars of each model type with a large gazebo where you can meet the Forum reps etc.

Do try and find the time to pop over and say hello to the guys.

Enjoy the day!

Living only 10 miles or so away, it would be churlish not to, so we've tickets for Sat and Sun. Last year was great, including the Santana concert.
