Replacing rear window switches

hi all can anyone advise on how to remove rear window switch and ash tray unit
one of mine has a broken spring and i have got hold of a set from a sov with the wood finish

liam one thing is try the wood vaneer to see if it matches....ive never seen two match up.......but i cant offer any explenation re the removal ect but if you dont get a reply in here give Alan Proctor in Worksop a call
