Help! How do you replace the glass in the nearside door mirror please?

Hi
The glass clips into the motor assembly.
By holding the inward side of the glass whilst gently pulling at the outward side, you are, in effect, levering the glass away from the motor assembly.

do you need a mirror glass ?
they are not handed so one from either side will fit, some are auto tint and heated , ensure you get the right ones
if spares are needed , pm me , i have some left from when i owned a 308
