Crown 7×16" Alloy wheels

Does anyone know where i might get a set of these? I believe these were fitted to Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas models around 1999.

Hi Doug.
Quite a rare wheel I think.
There is only one Daimler for sale with them on at the moment which is listed on eBay.
You could try places like Auto Reserve Parts,Jaguar Parts Europe LTD,Simply Performance,etc.
There are some for sale in the USA from Auto Bits which I have dealt with myself in the past and have found them to be very efficient but I always make sure they sell the item through the Global Shipping Program.

Thanks Andy. They appear to be like hens teeth. What I have seen on your link is the wheel itself but no centre caps. These need to be obtained with the wheels. I may have to consider other wheels or refurbish my existing ones, after all mine are not that bad, & the centre caps need to be replaced on some of the wheels.

Which wheels do you have on the car at the moment?
On mine I have the 16" Lunar wheels.

I keep thinking I'd like to change mine but can't find anything that suits really.
Also the Lunar wheel looks a bit like a Bentley wheel I've seen on some 90's models.

Currently have these. Not sure what they are called. There OK but need to replace some of the centre caps or get new wheels.

Those last wheels are Turbines. My X300 was purchased with those type of wheels, I swapped them for a set of Starburst which I still have, but they could do with a refurb. I finally got a set of Kiwi, which my car had originally from the factory.

Still contemplating whether to change these wheels. I have seen a set of five spoke after market wheels that apparently are suitable for XJ’s. They are only £399 fo a set of four. I am just apprehensive whether after market wheels will be strong enough for the weight of the Jag. Anyone changed their alloy wheels for after market alloy wheels? If so any issues? These shown are from a website whereby you can add the wheels to a picture of your car so that you can see what they look like. Brilliant website! Been playing around with the website for hours!

Hi Guys
If anyone is interested in the set of 'Starburst' I have, (They are the same as the 'Lunar' above but with Ten spokes) I think they are 8 by 16, certainly 16, and have worn tyres, I think Avon ZV5's that are legal. I'll easy let them go cheaply, but you'll need to provide a courier to Scotland, IV12 5QQ. I'm kind of sick of looking at them. There in fair enough condition.
