If you have a trim tool use the small one if not an old credit card will do and prize off the J gate leather surround(on plastic pegs with clear nylon inserts).
Remove the 4 X 8mm screws remove the brush assembly with micro-switches then the metal forward piece nearest the stereo slides forward and out.
Remove the stereo system two cross head screws with plastic tabs be careful not loose these.
Pull the stereo forward (put your fingers in the cassette slot) and remove the plugs.
Now you have access to the 4 X cross head screws and electrical plugs these are simple if you have the knowledge(they are on spade connections they all slide forward off the metal pegs) then you can access the release button to release the male part of the connector.
their is one Blue one Yellow RHS and the bottom one is White.
Assembly is reverse be careful when fitting the two stereo screws with plastic lugs as they drop into the void on the gearbox tunnel and are difficult to retrieve.
