hi all, can anybody point me in the right direction, 02 xj8 3.2 audiable warning for indicators door pack gear shift etc worked intermittently
now has stopped alltogether.looked everywhere cant find where the sound should even come from as obviously it dont work.oh my word its a right pain when you forget inndys on roundabouts dont want to damage the poor car. its not its fault. thanks anyone Mark

from memory the speaker that makes the sound is on the steering column surround, and a perforated section of cowling indicates its location , could simply be a blown speaker or loose connector

dohh why didnt i think of that. the holes stare you in the face next to the ignition switch thanks pal. going to have a look at that over this weekend.
