Guys,
I found this JWM article by Editor Matt Skelton.
Danny at E&PJ converted his 308R when the 4.0 engine blew due to oil pump failure.
Loads of good technical detail here for anyone considering going the 4.2 route.

I believe Racing Green also offer the same conversion...
My vehicle has some service history with Racing Green and the previousowner may have considered this at sometime as I have the printed literature regarding the swap in the history.
Luckily the nikasil engine is still performing very well so naturally I'm hoping that I wont need to go down this route anytime soon, though if it came to an engine swap this will definately be the way I'd go.
