Engine running too rich P0172 & 175

Hi,just trying to ascertain what is needed here. The MIL came on amber and “restricted performance “..
I checked her with the scanner and have P0172 & 175 “system too rich” bank 1 and 2….
Now the system check says fuel OK, O2S is OK, with CCM, CAT at INC.
I also noticed the gear 1 stays in gear for ages until 20mph before it changes up.
Has anyone else had these problems?
