A word of explanation please. I am searching for a nice vehicle to replace my ageing Daimler XJ6. One of the many features I enjoy on my car is the ability to adjust the door mirrors electrically, so that I have a fighting chance of reversing safely and avoiding gateposts. Some of the cars I view say 'electrically operated mirrors' whilst others say 'manual folding mirrors' Can anyone explain this jargon to me please? It seems really odd that top quality cars might require the driver to lean out and adjust the mirror manually, so what does it all mean?
thanks

Most are all electrically operated to adjust the mirrors, but some as an extra were also electrically folding mirrors, as apposed to Manual fold use your hands.
