NEWBY hall 14/08 display

Hi all, just checking, I’ve already booked this event and the Nigg Hall accommodation. However is it guaranteed that we will display our cars? I hope so! As it would be a bit of a waste otherwise.
If so, what time do we have to be there at NEWBY hall in the morning if Sunday for displaying in the correct area?

As far as I know, Andy Webber has not yet confirmed any set aside areas for Model Sections or Regions, so it will just be general parking unless he comes back with an update. I will be asking the question at the next RA meeting, next week.
At the moment, the only way for cars, or indeed friends, to park as a collective is to meet outside and convoy in together - even then proximity parking cannot be guaranteed.
For those staying at Nidd Hall, it should not be a problem for an arrangement to leave in convoy from Nidd to travel the short distance to Newby, but someone will need to take ownership of the marshalling at Nidd for the departure on Sunday morning.
