X308 2001 Window Switch removal

Hello Folks,
Could anyone advise how to remove the front passenger window switch? It stopped working but the window works from the drivers side switch. Oddly it occasionally works and will open the window "one touch" but it wont go up again and i have to close it from the drivers side. Any advice appreciated. Charlie.

Hi Charlie,
You have to remove the armrest and that means removing the door card to acess the screws that hold the armrest in place.
The switch is held in place by 2 or 3 screws.
The process is covered in X308 workshop manual.
